Shelter Reservations

Shelter reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and are available for reservation between April 15th and October 15th, each year. Regardless of the time of use, Shelter Reservations are reserved as full day reservations. Reservations will be available from January 4th- January 31st For Miamisburg Residents only. Non-Resident Shelter Reservations will open February 1.

NEW FOR 2021: Due to the temporary closure of the Miamisburg Community Center due to COVID-19, shelter reservations requests are available online. When making a shelter request online, the request must be approved by staff. You will receive approval by staff within 1 business day of your permit request. Mound Large Shelter

900 Mound Road
Miamisburg, OH 45342

Located at the base of the ancient Adena Indian Mound, the Large Shelter is a historical symbol in Miamisburg. This shelter is a great location for your next family, company or organization picnic. Shelter sits right next to a playground and large open green space. Shelter can hold up to 100 people. Restroom facilities are located across the parking lot for use.

Mound Rotary Shelter

900 Mound Road
Miamisburg, OH 45342

Located in the southern portion of Mound Park, the Mound Rotary Shelter was built in part thanks to the support of Rotary International. This shelter is adjacent to a playground and is perfect for your next family get together. Restroom facilities are located close by. Shelter can hold up to 30 people.

Sycamore Large Shelter

214 South Heincke Road
Miamisburg, OH 45342

The Sycamore Large Shelter is the largest in the City, located to the North along the entrance drive into Sycamore Trails Park, this shelter is a great location for a get together where you plan lots of activities. There is a large grassy open space and playground nearby as well as a small pond and restroom facilities. Trash cans, water fountains and a charcoal grill is located next to the shelter. Shelter can hold up to 120 people.

Sycamore Nature Center

214 South Heincke Road
Miamisburg, OH 45342

Originally built by the Jaycees, the Sycamore Nature Center is located at the far eastern part of Sycamore Park. This shelter is nearby the disc golf course, restroom facilities and hiking trails. This shelter has multiple trash cans, a charcoal grill and an ada accessible picnic table. Shelter holds up to 40 people.
