Can I buy my admissions for another day?
You can not buy your admission before you arrive or for another day. You must buy your admission on the day of when you arrive to the pool.

Can I bring in my own lounge chair?
You may bring in your own lounge chair and enjoy them in the grassy areas of the facility.
Can I bring in a cooler?
You may bring in a cooler, however, it must be under 20 inches by 20 inches.
Can you page someone for me?
No the Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center cannot page someone. However, you can sign in at the gate and go in and look for that person and then sign back out when you leave.
Is there adult swim only?
Yes, every hour on the top of the hour there is adult only swim for fifteen minutes.
What is inappropriate swim attire?
Inappropriate swim attire is a thong swim suit, a speedo, or anything that is not made for aquatic use*, for example basketball shorts. *T-shirts are allowed to be worn in the pool to protect from sunburn.
Do you offer refunds?
The Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center does not offer refunds for any reason, including inclement weather and inappropriate swim attire.
Am I allowed to bring food from outside the facility in?
Yes you can bring outside food into the facility, as long as it is not alcohol, in a glass container, or outside pizza boxes.
Is the pool closed today due to weather, etc.?

Do you rent lifejackets?
We do have lifejackets available for use, free of charge.
