Join Our Team as a Recreation Coordinator This Year at Miamisburg Parks & Recreation!
The City of Miamisburg is looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals to join our recreation team for the 2026 season! This position supports the recreation division by assisting in set up and tear down programs, events, and outdoor sports.
Our season runs from April through September, and we’re seeking reliable team members who enjoy working outdoors.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Position Overview
The Recreation Coordinator will oversee the development, execution, and evaluation for programs, special events, and specific athletic programming. This includes working with pickleball leagues, youth and family programs, and other outdoor events.
What You’ll Do
Recreation Coordinator will support the Recreation Division by:
- Help execute league operations for pickleball and other outdoor sports
- Assist in program planning, set up, and tear down
This is physical, active work that’s service focused and central to the success of the Recreation Division operations.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, DOQ. Expected hours per week: 15-20.
