Join Our Team as an MBSL Assistant Manager This Year at Rice Field!
The City of Miamisburg is looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals to join our MBSL Team for the 2026 season! This position supports the athletics division by assisting in maintaining Rice Field, assisting with baseball and softball games, and working in the concessions area.
Our season runs from March through October, and we’re seeking reliable team members who enjoy working outdoors. Expected hours per week: 30-40.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Position Overview
Responsibilities include assisting in concessions operation, league communication, staff coordination, as well as ensuring excellent customer service throughout daily operations. Essential responsibilities include the daily operations, customer experience, and function of the facility are monitored. The MBSL Assistant Manager strives to be the best source of information to assist patrons in understanding athletic offerings and operations.
What You’ll Do
MBSL Assistant Manager will support the Athletics Division by:
- Plan, schedule, and execute league operations
- Assist in concessions operations
- On-site manager for staff and visitors for customer service
This is physical, active work that’s service focused and central to the success of the MBSL program and Rice Field operations.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is $13.00 to $21.00 per hour, DOQ. Expected hours per week: 30-40.
