Customer Service Coordinator
The City of Miamisburg is accepting applications and resumes for the part-time position of Customer Service Coordinator.
The Coordinator aids the public with questions about Parks and Recreation operations, events, activities, passes, and parks, while always striving to be the “best source of information”. Customer service is conducted via phone, with in-person customers, email, or social media.
Customer Service Coordinators process registration and maintain cashiering operations for the department and assist with the daily operations of the Miamisburg Community Center, including inventory, light cleaning, and providing hospitality to customers. Customer Service Coordinators help implement the programming for the Senior Adult Club, which may include assisting in a commercial kitchen setting and driving a 14-passenger minibus.
