Yoga – Session C Begins

Yoga is a great way to relax and unwind! This class will incorporate fundamental yoga postures, develop a steady breath, flexibility, strength and mental focus. Join us every Tuesday night for yoga with Katie Marshall. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

This class meets every Tuesday from 7.12-8.16
