Women’s Self Defense – Cancelled

This program has been cancelled.

This program will go in-depth with defense tactics to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to avoid or respond to violent encounters. This workshop is designed specifically for women and taught by a woman, but all are welcome. Ages 16 and up. This class will take place at Valor Martial Arts on 11 N Elm St. in West Carrollton.
