Taekwondo – Session D Begins

Taekwondo is much more than kicking and punching. It is focus, teamwork, discipline, concentration and control. 5th degree black belt Sara Schwab from Valor Martial Arts will teach participants the basics of Taekwondo with the life skills they need to succeed.
This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 11/15-12/08
