Taekwondo Session C Begins

Taekwondo is so much more than kicking and punching! It’s focus, teamwork, discipline, concentration and control. This class teaches the basics of taekwondo with the life skills your child needs to succeed! Taught by 5th degree black belt Sara Schwab from Valor Martial Arts in a family-friendly environment. Classes are structured to meet the needs of each student individually, regardless of belt rank or ability level.

This class occurs every Tuesday and Thursday from 6.23-7.21
