Gentle Yoga – Saturdays Session G Begins

Gentle Yoga is a calming, stress-relieving class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually.
No prior experience is necessary. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

This class meets every Saturday from 7.16-8.20
