Bootymix is a dance-fitness class that focuses on hip hop moves and building your confidence. It unlocks the power within you to quit doubting yourself and live big through dance and self empowerment. You’ll leave class with a better sense of self worth and honor your body for what it can do. Your mind will be refreshed so you can walk out into the world with a new perspective and confidence to chase those big dreams. Drop ins welcome.
