Belly Dancing: Technique Begins

Shimmy, shake, and undulate! Belly dancing is a low-impact exercise appropriate for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. No previous dance experience is required to enjoy this class!

This class meets every Wednesday from 3/15-4/19.
