Seasonal Positions-Parks and Recreation Department

Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center:
- Lifeguard (must be 15 to apply): Ensures a safe and cleanly environment for aquatic facility patrons and provides basic life saving measures as needed. Lifeguards are certified in-house, no previous certification needed. Pay Scale: $9.50-$13.80/hour.
Mound Golf Course:
- Mound Golf Course Team Member (must be 19 to apply): Assists with general facility operations including tee time reservation & processing, food & beverage preparation and sales and overall patron enjoyment. Provides excellent customer service to golf course patrons. Pay Scale: $10.80-$15.80/hour.
Youth Camps & Recreation Programs:
- Day Camp Coordinator: Oversee the daily operations and camp staff of a traditional day camp or specialty camp. Camp staff typically work for 10-12 weeks, including 8-10 weeks of camp plus training. Pay Scale: $10.80-$13.80/hour.
- Recreation Team Member: Implement the day to day operation of the Camp & Recreation Programs, which includes small and large group games, crafts, field trips, nature hikes, and more. Camp staff typically work for 10-12 weeks, including 8-10 weeks of camp plus training. Pay Scale: $9.50-$10.80/hour.
